Bison was hands down the best character in the original release. No wonder they had to tone him down in the subsequent games.

I noticed now that I own street fighter collection having played champion edition which is immediately after world warrior the bosses were all toned down. I actually battled and defeated akuma with a perfect in ultrasf2 for switch. I used Vega! Vega is the fastest character in the game along with akuma. Vegas speed is every match for akumas and I was shocked I was able to get a perfect against akuma in tough or hard mode. The bosses in every sf2 game after world warrior were much easier and much weaker if you use them. Vega could defeat tou in 4 jump kicks and in the newer versions you use the same exact jump kick and it’s super weak and meant to be more of a quick speed jump than a major damaging jump kick as it was in world warrior. Vega was always super hard for me in world warrior Super Nintendo on hard and very hard. He was like the true sub boss in difficulty only equaled by bison and surpassed by Sagat. I felt Sagat was the hardest boss in the game the sub boss of this game was the sf1 boss and it makes sense you can think he’s harder than the bison sf2 boss. In terms of difficulty I ranked Sagat in very hard #1 as impossible and Vega as #2 and bison either equal to Vega or 3rd hardest sub boss. Balrog can easily take you down but you have to use fast characters and take him down fast he’s the strongest physically but very easy to figure out. That was his weakness. So comparing very hard world warrior bosses to regular akuma in the later releases of sf2 I found akuma to be crap honestly. Yes shin akuma was very hard himself basically cheating honestly but normal akuma was rather very easy in difficulty honestly and I find Vega or Sagat harder. Sf1 boss Sagat to me in world warrior was harder than either bison or normal akuma. Vega and bisons theme in world warrior I think are also the best themes in the series or the whole world warrior track is super nostalgic and better than later sf2 music honestly. Even the vs screen music is a lot more epic

"If his Head Stomp is blocked, he will either jump back off or jump off forward behind" You can do this on SF2CE I know for sure but have never tried it on other versions but it’s tricky to time. while your opponent is down on the floor perform the head stomp just as they are getting back up, (like your trying to stomp their toes) time this correctly you will hit them at a low point of contact (shin area) causing Bison to jump away or over like the CPU version .... You don’t have control of Bison when he jumps back tho ;0

Yes that is correct, I've seen and done that quite a few times myself. That's the only instance where a player version M.Bison does it.

to me , it is still fine if the capcom will not release it but l will look in the future because there are many new stuff coming in the future so just focus on the future and forget those game released in the past yeah basically just forget the past and focus on the future. like street fighter v and megaman 11and so on that new game will be kept making. so that is alot more fun than stuck on the old games

why does this game can not use the action replay to play those secret hidden boss character but some games like the king of fighter , tekken , street fighter alpha 3 can use action replay to play boss character . why the street fighter world warrior can not use the cheat to play as boss if the code is used , the game is crashed.

Because the bosses are not programmed to be controlled by a human player. In SF2WW, the CPU controls characters differently to a human, which explains why sometimes you see the CPU-controlled characters doing something that a human-controlled character cannot, for example the "double-hit" light attacks. It's almost as if the CPU has it's own set of controls. Regarding the SNES version, one thing that we will never know is whether Capcom deliberately made the bosses crash the game if people used the Action Replay to select them. Because they may have planned ahead in order to release SF2Turbo later on, with the prospect of being able to play as the bosses as it's main draw.
