At 5:21 Ransui Haze I'm pretty sure Jamie also has a headbutt version if you press P right after B+HK. So he's got the headbutt with the fastest P input, the swinging punches with medium delay and drinks with the most delayed press. I'm pretty sure he can also get a drink after his Level 1 CA, as someone has pointed out in the comments already. Other than that, another amazing video as always! Keep it up, Vesper! 👍

Animations are on point ! What is the purpose of his lvl.2 ? I feel like it's a little bit expensive just to get to max drink level, plus if I'm not mistaken it does not stay for the whole round and goes away after a set time. Is his drink level that powerful to justifiy spending two bars to get it ?

Not sure about other details but I'd assume one benefit is that it allows him to link into a normal after activating, kinda like V-Triggers (assuming you can also act after it immediately, which I believe is the case.) That's what I think at least 'cause Guile could do so with his Level 2, I believe.

Its worth it for different reasons - firstly, yes his level 4 is really good and is what you wanna get to asap. Its like G being max level in SFV. Some opponents like Guile make it really hard for Jamie to drink in neutral, so you would defo need his install - otherwise you can get it from combo enders - in which case it probably means you are winning anyways. Secondly, it allows you to combo from the freeze. Almost like an SFV V trigger where it freezes the screen and you are plus. And finally, even if you are already at level 4, I believe the install replenishes your drive guage (basically any time Jamie drinks), so you can do it if you're close to burnout. But yea, I can see it mostly being useful in MUs where its hard to get drinks in neutral.

His Level 2 is basically a combo extender for guaranteed kill and additional drive gauge if you're already level 4 drink.

Yup. At first only from combo chains, but as you rank up in his style, you can perform the drink function later.

Jamie would be a good choice for a Fei Long player because of Rekkas but you still have dive kick and drink system. Kimberly would be a better choice for a Guy player since she has similar moves.

Yes, however when the timer runs out you lose ALL drink levels. Even if you built some before the super so the risk is high.
