From TV Tropes: Cody's "Final Destruction" super move from Alpha 3. The move itself looks rather weird. If it connects, he will jab his opponent twice, turn around, turn back around, jab them twice again, and do it about four times before ending with a powerful string of attacks. It's actually a Shout-Out to a glitch from Final Fight where he could do this to destroy his opponents with ease.

+Pihutihutihutijay it's a reference to final fight One where Cody can just do an infinate combo where you can punch the enemy then you have to turn around then turn back around and rinse and repeat until either A you want to stop or B theres nothing to punch yeah it's a reference just like guys medium punch down in midair move it's a reference to final fight One how he can use it to attack while landing while they both reference eachother the two characters originate in final fight One the GBA version I continuatiously am referencing happens to have the Alpha versions of these characters as playable characters

Capcom giving Cody the option to pick up a knife was a great touch, I wish they did that for some other street fighters. Gen -> Bō Staff Guy -> Katana Fei-Long -> Nunchaku Cammy -> Pistol Rolento -> Bazooka

They could of made Cody soo much better. I would of preferred he had his popper move set from Final Fight but they made him some what of a boxer that kicks instead. Would of loved him to be more of a Terry Bogard like character. Don't like the way he looks either with the prison clothes and how big he is.

Is bad spray an air-block reversal only? The ps4 collection port says it can be used (when knocked down,) but I can't get it to come out on wakeup.

It's a reversal special move done on wakeup.

Sorry for the late comment. Bad Spray is done while Cody is still mid-air. So when he finally lands he can do the move. DON'T DO IT ONCE HE HITS THE GROUND. Bad Spray can only be done by a big knock down, not by a small one like a leg sweep. Very useful move against a big rusher like Guy

The control scheme is slightly different, it's MP+HP over a knife I think. Watch my tutorial for Alpha 3 and read the pinned comment in the comments section.
