Aftekhar Khan Tool assisted is using a computer or other digital tools to slow down the game so you can make perfect inputs and react exactly as needed. You might notice he never gets grabbed and always seemingly knows when to use his super and excels so that he doesn't get hit as if he can react that fast. Normal human usually can't but with tool assist you can play the game as "perfectly" as possible.
