Be like Gill: 1) Dude can literally combo his neutrals all together as a boss. 2) Has ridiculous range for attacks as well as throws 3) His Seraphic Wing cannot be parried 4) Dude can literally resurrect, making all your hardwork a joke 5) Dude can Moonsault from anywhere 6) Dude doesn't require EX moves cuz he's too OP 7) Most importantly, dude can survive after Akuma's Raging Demon by resurrecting No wonder one of the most hardcore bosses along with Bison

It's funny how many people are denied using Gill these days. Gill must have meter to perform resurrection. Once used, he won't gain any more meter. His taunt boosts the next attack (throw too?) but he also takes double the damage when hit during his taunt. Probably something Capcom threw in because the cpu only taunts when you've lost too many times to it.

I am confused. Do the moves actually have different properties depending on what side you're on? Are the inputs actually reversed when you change sides or did you just not accomodate the side you'd be on when writing the inputs for the special moves while on the right side? I assume the inputs switch to face the opponent again when changing sides and that the changes are only cosmetic, but, you know what they say about assuming.

What are you asking me? How I selected Gill? If you have the Arcade version you can't as he is an unplayable boss, but you can select him if you have the PS2, PS3 or Dreamcast version. Beat the game with all characters, then put the cursor on Yang and then press Down (or UP if you put the cursor on Yun). Gill's portrait should then appear.

Anthony Valenzuela Did you press Up while the cursor was on Yun or Down while it was on Yang? If you did, that means you either forgot to beat the game with one of the characters or the difficulty was not set on Normal. Another reason, although not sure about it, may be the fact that you have to beat the game without losing any matches.
