Ken VS2 and VT2 is good to punish opportents who do redundant things, while ken's VS1 and VT1 is good for playing with your options. VS1 and VT1 is better as you get more options to play around with.

Depending on the move, you press either two punches or two kicks when inputting the move. So for example, ken’s EX Tatsu would be QCB L.p+M.p
