All characters are in, including cossole exclusives. I made them workon PC using a mod. Some effects are missing, but other than that - all characters work just fine.

It is frustrating to say the least when I see glaringly obvious cross teams possible such as Ryu with Jin or Bison with Heihachi and yet almost no one does that.

Not having Ken speaking English is pretty much a crime because he is voiced by Reuben Langdon a.k.a Dante from Devil May Cry

Actually he does, you can change the language setting in options. Even Tekken characters like Jin, Kazuya, Heihachi, Xioyou, etc have English actors as an option. It’s VERY rare for Tekken to have an English dub for every character but now you can do that.
