Thanks Howard. I’m so happy to get the show side of Summernats. Rather than the drunken hooning in a clapped out VS sh..tin with LS slapped in for the weekend. God I must be getting old forgive me. Nice to see some good paint and panel gaps in the top 60. I wonder if people know their bonnets and moulds don’t fit. Even after so much work and money. Still they are brave enough to get them out and show them and I respect that. The HQ was really nice and a well deserved winner. Big gloss even in the shade it was shining like a star

Was one of the best looking vans I’ve seen in years up here in Cairns. Will try and look for it again to send to you brother as it’s up your alley as its Elite status to be sure.

Monster turnout again - shame it ended like it did. Seems to be getting worse in regards to respect and alcohol responsibility. Ive been 3 times 18,24 and 28. Wont be attending anymore sadly....thanks for the tour again!
