A few months ago my family ordered 4-5 masala dosa and I would be frank it's nowhere near how it feels to eat on the spot off the pan because it becomes soggy and loses crispyness due to potato filling on those if kept for long. So ordering plain dosa with all chutney and fillings put in separate bags/package is better for take-out.

Dosa is served with Sambar which is a lentil stew and not chutney. Its made from Arhar Dal and few spices, coconut, curryleaves, tamarind, vegetables and mustard seeds. Arhar dal have few health benefits as well. And coconut chutney which is made of coconut, yoghurt, chilli, curryleaves and mustard seeds.

Use just one hand and only fingers while eating, the five fingers represent elements of water, fire, air etc. . Eating with just one hand comes with practice. You tear a piece of chapati, dosa with one hand not both. The other hand is used to serve food and it should be clean while serving food when it's empty. 👍

There are small pork shops where we get good sausages, ham, salami, etc. There's one shop in Chandan Nagar and one in Kharadi Bypass, that I know of. Meatigo App is another platform where one can order clean and chemical free pork, lamb, chicken and its by products. Cheers 🍻
