Nice video as usual, Fricassé is an internationally well known Tunisian street food, prepared in every Tunisian house and consumed every single day in Tunisian streets ... It is a fried dough, basically filled with harissa, Tunisian tuna, olives and boiled potatoes (a lot of Tunisians add other stuff, but basically this filling is standard) PS: pineapples aren't used in Tunisian spicy cuisine ... For any eventual next visit, make sure to try some well known Tunisian street food ;there is leblebi , ojja , keftaji , brick, sandwhiches; mlawi, chappati, makloub etc ... I recommend that you check Tunisian Street Food KZbin channel to know all the names of Tunisian dishes and treats ...
