I'm from Germany and Lahmacun is also very famos. And I like it. But I think it is realy different. Most time the dough ist very soft and chewy. There is more salad inside (cucumber, tomato, onion, soure red and white coleslaw, garlic-yogurt-sauce). Because of this it is cold before you get ist. Now I will try your recipe. It looks very delicious. Thank you.

We lived in the TRNC North Cyprus for 14yrs and you to go to a little eating place in the village and order the Lahmacun so tasty that is one of the foods that me miss ,all our friends that used to come and stay always wanted to eat the Lahmacun.

I'll definitely try the tantunis as the veg version with soya chunks and cheese.😁 After watching Hekimoglu series, I came to know that Tantunis are also a famous street food in Istanbul. And I must say Turkish people do like street food same as we Indians. 😄😄 And this Ayran is same as Lassi in India.
