Wouldn't make a difference. That time is 5th fastest time 0 to 60 . That is porche territory . You need need a combo of gear box ,,grip, and power. Never seen a gtr get porsche times on 0 to 60 , but on quarter mile I have seen gtr defeat porshe over longer distance.

@@HuuTonyTran thankfully it’s a new 540i and is only one of 3 cars I own. My mrs has a merc c43 that’s technically mine and I have a 911 c4s for the weekend. I work hard and have been successful so if something breaks, I’ll get it fixed. If stuff keeps breaking, I’ll chop the car for something else. I would note that I’ve had BMWs for daily’s for the last decade and not had a single major issue with any of them. Oh and they’ve all been tuned!

@peterswift2774 my very first car was a 2004 Lexus IS300 2JZGE VVTI 3.0L 6 Cylinder Engine with RWD & Limited Slip Differential LSD 6-Speed Automatic Transmission that I've owned for 10 years mate not even a single engine code or problem on it why because Toyota & Lexus being a higher end premium car has the best parts on it to outlast the car itself mate why do you think Toyota & Lexus are renounced for their Reliability & Sporty Luxary Comfort while BMW Mecedes & Audi are Nortorious for having Check Engine lights haha 😂🤦‍♂️. My Current Lexus is300 has 200,000km on the dash still going strong because I use that best oils from Penrite and the best Filters from Mobil1 and the best Engine & Timing Belts from Gates USA buddy!

Both are running different Turbos. GTR is running bigger, hybrid turbos, and M5 running stock. Stock are great for response, but lack top end, whereas the bigger turbos have high-end calabilities but laggier low end. The results back this. If/when the M5 gets bigger turbos, it will be a different story. It won the launch, so what you talking about? Plus it raced a rapid, much lighter Porsche.
