It's amazing how far we've come with forced induction, engine management, fuel delivery and supply along with precision manufacturing and machining of extremely efficient and well engineered engines. Getting an easy and reliable 200-250hp a litre is no big deal anymore and just 20 years ago getting a reliable 450hp out of your 2.0l 4cyl was a big challenge. Amazing.

I was a Polaris technician for a few years after the Audi dealer i wrenched at went belly up. Ive never busted into a can am before. I had no idea how much more stout everything is. Just the primary design seems to make a helluva lot more sense. Besides that inline 3 platform makes the stupid 2 cylinder seem a little dodgy to get comparable performance numbers. Most importantly the can am sounds a hundred billion times better. Good edit guys thanks for being cold for all of us.

They register it as a work vehicle for their company in your name so that it doesn't have to be swapped to tag & registration from your state, tag registration and title sent to you already done in your name no vehicle inspections etc required before hand, slap the tag on & go.

Engineers take advantage of CVT for a reason. Keep the engine in the meat of the power curve with zero shift time and always perfect gear ratio.

CVT's may keep the power band up, but they are inefficient. The YZX does pretty good at keeping the RPM up. On my last trip, the accompanied YZX was in the same RPM band as I was in my RZR. The Honda Talon also has either a sequential or DCT. One of those was on the last trip as well. As a multiple RZR owner, I'm very interested in the YZX.
