Yo Bros ! 💥💥 I probably forgot some athletes/clips, but the level in Street Lifting is rising so fast that I'll probably make another video before the end of the year !! Anyway I hope this video got you as motivated as I am ! 💪

I’m so happy to see calisthenics evolving and it’s no longer the fake gymnastics crap it use to be. Streetlifting is where it’s at!
@alexandrutucarec3 жыл бұрын
exactly this! People fail too see the evolution that happened, gymnastics was such a closed door sport and could only compete if you were in it since a kid, no wonder they calling it the dying sport, then came calisthenics only suited for very short people that could take advantages of low bodyweight and short levers. Now the sport is truly reveleaing it's potentialy with pure strenght elements or insane cardiovascular and muscle endurance in the endurance kinda competitions. I'm in it!!

If they add zercher squats too, i would consider Streetlifting very seriously. They miss out a lot of not doing zercher squats. Use a thick pad to protect your elbows and see how strong your upper back, arms, core and legs will become.

@BudadsCalisthenics4 жыл бұрын
I switch everytime but just type "Instagram video download" in Google and any of these websites is good. But for high quality you can't actually do anything, it just depends about the quality of the clip in Instagram :/

Why did you not include Adam Raw? the King of Weighted pistol squats
@Jojodabaker12 Жыл бұрын
Becuase it totallly shits on everyone he is posting here. Adam Raw already said before cwwb he mentioned he was going to test for peds and peptides as a joke after going over rules and speech he said nearly everyone looked like they saw a on coming train was about to hit them 98% of them… Michal Urbanik just came out as ped user so know we know what a base level is.

Not sure if you've gotten this suggestion yet, but you should definitely include a video dedicated to Simon Ata/Simonster some time. Incredible things that he does and I'm sure you can find a fantastic compilation of his feats!

In the street lifting world just getting the chin over the bar counts. Some even kip with a slight knee bend with their training form. This is not bodybuilding brother

@@epikcyne I think its just less impressive when the chin doesent stay over the bar like if you just flick your head over the bar
