Here is how I see it, IF there are RULES to the competition, how is this ANY different to the other rules? Chase, is a race, or its a jump, or any of the other stipulations, it's all the same. Kye, himself or his team should known as part of race preparations. Kye's all pissed off, at the wrong person.

What I don't get is why do the racers have to protest when a rule is broken? Why don't the officials of the race automatically enforce the rules? Testing within a certain distance of the track in a certain time period is against npk rules. A driver shouldn't need to protest to have the rules enforced. Same with running a different car than you started using at that race.

No it started as bird engine was blown i believe... and was goin to line up with kye... so kye could get his 5 points... a buddy deal between bird and kye... well rules say have to line up with your car. They were goin to use another car at last moment which is not allowed in rules and believe justin told him this in meeting so kye had chance to change the plan of that or kye would lose the 5 points if bird showed up in another car... all justin did was inform him rules way ahead of time in meeting... kye refused to hear him. Kye cryed.

The Bird boys made a deal with him and they were going to line up a rental car (not a race car) against Cry. It just happens to be a weasel move and against the rules. Swanstrom even warned them and Cry thought he could bully his way into it by threatening to leave, tossing Birdman and Marillo out. Everyone knew Birdman and Marillo were testing but nobody cared because they were like 20th in points. Everyone but Cry Kelly felt sorry for them and just let them test. But Cry thought that without him the race wouldn't go on. He learned otherwise.
