Nice bokeh in some of the shots. Though the assortment of lenses that I have range between 18-250mm, my go-to one is a reasonably-priced EF 85mm f/1.8 USM which equates to 136mm f/1.8 on EF-S/APS-C cameras (1.6x crop factor) like yours and mine; a good bokeh lens with decent compression for people shots without breaking the bank.

Oy! Kodakiro di-ay. Kodaki ko bi. 😁 Which EOS is that? I have an old (2011) Rebel T3i/600D/Kiss X5 which I still use for specific lens/lighting flexibility and control (headshot/portrait/glamour/fashion/etc.). Otherwise, frame captures from footage of the current crop of 4K+ action cams including the 360° variety are good enough for online publishing especially with the advent of advanced AI editors, not to mention that they (360° cams) offer different perspectives after the fact during post. Your cam possibly went into thermal shutdown. Consider getting a battery grip (the generic knockoffs are inexpensive and works just fine). It would extend power duration as it holds 2 cam batteries with an option to use 6 AA cells when push comes to shove; also improves cam handling stability a lot. I prefer landscape orientation (shows more of the relative surroundings) unless it is absolutely necessary to opt for a portrait composition due to technical reasons. But that's just me. I look forward to finally making it to PH (I've been procrastinating) hopefully later this year or next year after the big holidays which I am hesitant to arrive into for obvious reasons.
