This is part 2 of the Louisville Gay Pride festival.
My Testimony:
I grew up in church, but instead of knowing Jesus, I only knew religion. This led me to live a very hypocritical lifestyle. By the time I was in college, from the outside looking in, it seemed like I had everything together in my life. I was in the military, getting paid to go to college. I had plans to become a financial planner and expected to make a six figure income shortly after completing my degree. I had joined a fraternity and had access to all the alcohol, drugs and girls that I desired. In spite of all of that, on the inside I was broken, depressed, and empty as I searched through the world for something to satisfy my void.
I radically encountered God in a rock bottom moment and everything in my life changed from the inside-out. Instead of pursuing my own life plans, God rerouted my life into full-time ministry. After joining a local church, I began to voluntarily serve for several years. Over time that led into a church staff position opening up for me. As a result I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats including: administration, overseeing media, sound, & lights, leading worship, preaching, leading outreach ministry, and many other tasks that have arisen with ministry. While being faithful with the small, the Lord started to open doors for me to preach and equip the saints at other churches as well.
God has expanded His reach through the ministry to include not only many different states in the U.S., but also several different nations. Via in person encounters and social media platforms including KZbin, Facebook, and Instagram, we're reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God has given me a beautiful wife named Abigail, and blessed us with two lovely children named Nora and Will. Abigail is currently on staff at our church as the Worship Pastor. Our hearts desire is to love God, love others, and walk as Jesus walked.

Ever hear of a director named Greg Araki? I used to be big into his movies from the 1990's known as the "Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy" particularly "The Doom Generation". As a Christian I wouldn't suggest watching it but..... I will say what's happening at these Pride Parades and with the BLM and The Woke community these people really seem to be trying to remake his "Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy" in full. The movies are really hard to watch and I sure wouldn't rewatch them nowadays but if you do choose to watch them be well aware that Greg Araki's universe in these movies were dead on accurate like he was trying to predict the future. Of course as we all know this was all prophesied in The Bible, but man alive I really didn't think I'd live to see it, you know? What really scares the living tar out of me is that the whole world right now is turned upside down, not just here in America but all over the world conflict and sin is just running rampant. Christians are being attacked by demons and The Devil like never before including myself, and.... you know the sad part? Jesus said all these things would happen, but that they were only the BEGINNING of birth pains. I think it's only going to get worse from here on out. Keep the faith, and no matter what happens stay with the Lord. I see wrath and punishment coming. If you can... move to a small town and get out of the cities if you live in the city. Find a hole in the wall town and pray like there's no tomorrow.

I was gay and genderfluid. Living my life while dating someone who was trans. I was an avid supporter of the LGBT. I thought I was born this way, I thought it was the right way and that everyone else was wrong. I was like this for awhile until God came into my life. I was a heavy drinker and I started getting panic attacks while I was drunk. I stopped drinking and I got really scared when the attacks began happening while I was sober. It was agony, every day trying to fend off this mind consuming anxiety and I couldn't figure out why. I thought I was going to a spiritual "awakening" ascending to a higher elevation of "life". But in reality, I was dying. Slowly and painfully because of my sin. One night I got this weird feeling that washed over me. It was like my body started fading away but my mind was alert. I went to go lay down on the bed and I remember staring up at the ceiling.i remember knowing in my mind that if I go to sleep tonight, I'm going to die. But the scariest part is that I KNEW, in my mind I just knew that I was going to go to the lake of fire. After that I cried out to the Lord to forgive me, I started reading the Bible and walking in the Lord's laws and commandments. Doing Sabbath, not lying (I lied all the time), trying to be good and do good for God and the world! A year and some months later I've never been happier. I feel good being a woman, I feel secure and confident knowing I am a woman and accepting. I feel good not having that lustful spirit of sodomy in my mind all the time, it feels good to be alive and no longer experiencing any panic attacks. The Lord changed me, and I can never be more grateful. I pray that anyone who might be LGBT, whether you've come here to debate people or to simply observe. I KNOW how you feel, that insecurity of never feeling right in your own body. Never feeling happy with your appearance, and feeling consumed with loving the same gender. I know it's hard, overwhelming, and very toxic. But there IS a way out. Repent now while you still can. The Lord is coming back soon, whether you believe it or not and he will not be merciful to any of the wicked. You CAN change, you were not BORN this way. Don't listen to the lies and sweet delusions of this community, listen to what your own body is telling you, and what God tells you. Follow the Lord's laws and commandments, again, while you still can. Turn away from this wicked society and the deep rooted paganism they try to make us to follow (holidays, Sunday Worship) find God and live!!! Forever not just the 80-90 years we get. But in order to continue to be turned away from sin, you have to stop doing sin, and in order to stop doing sin you HAVE to keep the commandments. Let's look at the biblical definition of sin. 1 John 3:4 (KJV) 👉🏼 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 👈🏼 You cannot sin if you cannot break the law. However I do not believe in works alone, I never said that nor did I imply it. I believe in Jesus, I believe in his grace. Because the free gift of Jesus was him dying for our sins by no works of our own lest we boast. However, faith without works is DEAD. James 2:26 (KJV) For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. When the great white throne judgement happens, what are we going to be judged by? Will we be judged by our belief or our works? Let's see. Revelation 20:12 (KJV) And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, 👉🏼 according to their works. 👈🏼 And here is the layout of what makes a patient saint. Revelation 14:12 (KJV) 👉🏼 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. 👈🏼 So yes, we have to keep the commandments. However keeping the commandments does not in *any way* stomp on the blood of Jesus or his sacrifice. There is absolutely nothing wrong with not stealing, not killing, not lying, etc. I just think there have been several false doctrines created to make it seem that in doing the commandments, you cancel Christ? The blood of Jesus is indeed our salvation, without it, we would ALL be lost. But after you are baptized and covered in the blood you are not automatically saved forever without having to do anything/able to live however you want with no consequences. Hebrews 10:26-27 (KJV) 👉🏼 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 👈🏼 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Not that strange. Had they tried to arrest her for assault they would have had an angry riot on their hands. Maybe they would have been beaten and had their police cars set on fire. Then they'd go on social media and have even more acts of violence and destruction. The police must fight their battles wisely. They weighed the crime in the balance and acted accordingly.
