Dang, Jason, that’s the life of a racer; balancing expectations against racing realities. And one of the less expensive parts failed. I can’t wait to watch more of your racing videos. It impressed me with the number of cars in that race. You certainly looked like you had something for the leaders, and I’m sure we’ll see that in the next race. Go get ‘em, brother!!

I don't have belt's on my car,My husband uses DeWalt 20 volt batteries for my fan and water pump,we also have a balance rod side to side front to back work's off cordless batteries you set em to make scale weight but adjust them on the track I can add 300 lbs to any wheel then a return to zero if you get checked after the race, But he runs Sprints my 2 brothers and sister run super late models Everyone has bent rule techniques 🤣 the big one right now in late models is the spoiler that Lay's down just heavy springs, Faster you go The More it Lay's down, But I was just sitting here at the races and found y'all's channel I'm hooked,I like the in-car cameras I need to get one if my sponsor allows,

Keep the car low and away from the wall hold your line , fuel strategy is key the lighter the car the faster it will go , and the proper gear ratio for that rack will help as well launch control . Up agaist the wall you have more ground to cover .

As long as you're having fun and learning that's the best part and finishing the race. I use to race a 5/8 mile dirt track in the 90's on the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka Fl. what a great experience but my car was a 4-5 place car. One night we got rained out and loving to race I went to a track I'd never been too that was 3/8 mile maybe, a bull ring where all I did was turn left and it was like the car come alive like nothing i had ever felt it was the Camshaft and powerband that delivered me a 3rd place heat and 2nd place feature starting in the back. It was a pure fluke, I had the wrong tires for the track it was like asphalt but I believe the right camshaft is important. I wish you best of luck if you're still racing.

Sir. I have been watching you for some time now. You are a good driver the care is fast. I have one suggestion. Please put a window net on the driver's side window. Beleave me sir. If for some reason you should get your left arm outside the can and it rolls over on it. You will be hating life. It happened to a friend. I was the first one to the car. We flew in my helicopter to the hospital. But it was too late to save his arm. He lost it from the elbow down. I think you owe it to your family to do everything you can to protect yourself. Thank you for listening. Looking forward to the next race.
