U can use jaggery powder. Put one spoon jaggery powder in the cup and make normal chai as we make mixing water and milk in one pot and then pour it in cup and mix with jaggery.

Hello Neelam and Saurav, i have recently started watching your videos and am hooked , sorta--but I saw the part where you showed Appa(?) and I must say I am definitely going to try cooking it. You also were discussing about getting a pet, If I may, I suggest getting a dog, and if possible, get one from the pound or rescue shelter---I dont know how it is in India now, but where I live (Minnesota, USA) we have rescue shelters where, the owners who dont want to keep their dogs anymore or if they have a pregnant Dog who has given birth, has several Puppies, and they dont want to take care of puppies, such people drop the dogs off at rescue shelters. These dogs have limited life, meaning if by 2 weeks or so if they dont get adopted then they are killed which is called 'Euthanization', some shelters(Called Kill Shelter's) euthanize( Kill the dog via injecting medication) . That's why in America, they always encourage adopting dogs from 'Shelter's--not only do you get a pet,but you also are doing a humanely act of saving some poor dog from being killed. I have 2 pups both from shelters--(They are called 'Rescue-dogs') as they are being rescued by someone adopting them. One of my puppy is called Salina and the other one is Maya (see attached picture) Please adopt dogs from shelter or such places, if you can --I dont know why in India they think dogs are dirty or are too much responsibility--they are not, they are very easy to care--Like Saurav said , you would train your kids, so same initial effort of training dogs, and best part is its easier than trianing humans as they are creatures of habit, all you have to do , is set a time for feeding, and put food in their bowl and water at those times, and later you can take them for bathroom(walk) twice or thrice in a day----Your kids would love doing that too. as for doctore visit's if you take proper care of your pet, that they wont have frequent VET (Dr) visits, except annual Rabies shot.Sorry for the long post---Just wanted to share--Your Fan, Santoshi Naidu
