Hey guys welcome to my channel Sachin’s FoodTour. In today’s home cooking series, we have cooked one of the most beloved Noodle brand in India - Maggi. Maggi has played a very important role in students and bachelor’s life as it is very easy to prepare and fills the stomach. Be it Semester exam time or evening snacks for school kids or college canteen to office cafeteria, Maggi has made its presence everywhere. Maggi is also a popular Street food in India. In this video, we have prepared Street Style Egg Maggi Masala. It’s a very Simple & Easy Egg Maggi Recipe hence we have named it has Student Bachelor Recipe. So let’s start with our Tasty Egg Maggi Recipe.
SUPER Tasty Anda Maggi | Egg Maggi Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 2 Packets
Egg - 2
Chopped Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Chopped Medium Onion - 2
Chopped Tomato - 1
Oil - 6 to 7 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Water - 2 Cup
Masala Magic - 2 packets (included in Noodles packet. No extra)
Salt
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Egg Masala Maggi | How to make Egg Maggi Masala Recipe
Step 1: For Maggi Egg Recipe, add 4 tsp oil in pan. Add chopped green chillies and chopped onion. Fry until light golden brown.
Step 2: Add chopped tomato and add salt as per taste. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp meat masala and stir well.
Step 3: Add 2 tsp oil in pan and add 2 eggs. Add salt and stir well. Add 2 packets Masala Magic. Stir well.
Step 4: Add 2 cup water. Add 2 Maggi Noodle and stir well. Close lid for 1 minute. Add 1 tsp Coriander leaves and mix well. Tasty maggi is ready. Serve it hot.
In this way you can prepare this Anda Wali Maggi.
