What stock do u use...is it certified halal.

We only use home made stock. For mutton stock we simply boil mutton bones (mutton boneless karwaane ke baad jo bones hoti hai we boil them and sometimes we boil mutton pcs just with salt and save the stock and freeze it . You can use the boiled mutton to make mutton croquettes which is on my channel ) And same for chicken
