Have you guys also tried the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani OMG 🤤 its simply amazing and during lockdown if you're unable to visit, then why not try making it at home 😀 I recreated the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani recipe at home and it was delicious 🤤

Salam thank u very much o tried this receipe and made for 40 ppl it was excellent can u pls guide me as I want to make for 100 ppl how much Mutton and rice I should take and how much time I should keep on dum also if u can guide me dum should be on high flame or medium or both combination along with timings Thank u in advance Regards

Liked your recipe..only one thing that is the rice quantity you took is 400 gms, I wonder 1 kh biryani mein aur Shan ke ek packet masalae mein itna less quantity rice… masala jyada nahi ho jayenga.

HI, If putting the mutton in the cooker, do you cook the pineapple pieces too with it? or later when layering it you put the pineapple pieces on the cooked mutton and then put the rice?

Jaffar bhai is Bother of Mr. Iqbal Bhai both are my friends they have apart from Mumbai Delhi darabr Restaurants in Dubai. Iqbal bhai's Branch is now running his Son. They Do not use Shan's Masala All recipes are year old since Their father's time.

Assalam Alaikum. Zeera is cumin seeds and Shahzeera is Caraway seeds in English. But shahzeera in India has small seeds whereas caraway is big seed. The taste or flavours of both the seeds are distinct

It's a powder which tenders the meat . You can use raw papaya paste instead

Thank you so much dear. Marination time for chicken will be half hour. When u make in chicken.. Do no not add tenderisor pwd. Cooking time is 1 hour on slow flame . Do try our recipe and we will be waiting for your reviews

@@nahidaq to tender the meat make it moist and juicy. U can also use pineapple or papaya paste while marinating the meat. We need it as we r not cooking meat in a cooker

No dear. Just cut it in really small pcs. It will blend while cooking. Also if u get a pc while eating it won't taste sweet because it will get the taste of biryaani

Or instead can put papaya paste or pineapple paste dis also work as tenderiser coz all dis make mutton to get tender easily n keep it juicy n as v r nt cooking in pressure cooker v hv to put ny of dis tenderiser
