Love it! It's so much fun and special to cook with your daughter. Your daughter is lovely. She's really good in the kitchen with you doing your videos. My daughter is a chemo nurse so when we all get together I do most of the cooking. She's in high gear nursing and slow gear in the kitchem😂 but I'm like you I love it!❤ it's just the Mother and Daughter together thing, no matter what we're doing.

Oh Talli Faye I’m late commenting it’s vacay time for me, but I love watching you and your daughter cook together! She is the mini version of you, and I think everyone has fallen in love with her! Those street tacos were another yummy food straight out of your kitchen!👋👋🫶🙏🌮🌮

I don't think I've ever met a taco I didn't like, but street tacos are my favorite, especially el pastor tacos. I also like ALL the stuff on them - meat, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa (chunky), guacamole or avocado slices, cheese, and sometimes a little diced mango or pineapple (if mango isn't available. I want to thank you for spending the time to teach your daughter and your granddaughters how to cook. I love that you're passing along those traditions and your love for making stuff. Your videos are an inspiration.

Hi Talli Faye and Coral ❤ Those street tacos look so good. I like both guajillo polio and Carne asada. Do you know I've never had a plain radish? 😆 I need to try one. That salsa looked perfect, Talli Faye. I was hoping Coral would have thrown a big ol spoonful of avocado on there, too. 😋 I'm having spaghetti for supper, but dang, those look good. It was so nice to see mother and daughter in the kitchen. That's how memories are made. Love you all, XO ❤

Miss, I am a taco lover big time. I make them at least once a week or more if I'm craving them! Those look so good. I never tried that meat because I am just one person but I have seen it in the markets. Thank you for this and love your daughter! Karla in Cali.

Talli Fe. A suggestion for you on warming the Tortillas. I normally just add about 1 tsp of Canola oil to each tortilla and stack them. That gives them oil on each side and keeps them from being too oily and saves on the amount of oil you use. Try it out, you might prefer it

None of the stores in my area have anything like the prepackaged chicken and beef street taco meat you used unfortunately. Not even the Walmart I use and we have a good diverse community here in Louisville, Ky. I will try the Mexican markets and see if they have some.

Queso is just Spanish for cheese. The particular type of queso/cheese she was using today is cotija (co-tea-ha), which is a really crumbly version of Mexican cheese.
