I love your channel! You remind me of my country relatives! Such wonderful memories. The thing my grandma made that we loved the most was chicken noodles, fried chicken and lemon meringue pie! I was fortunate to spend lots of time with her. She taught me how to make noodles and lemon meringue pie from a very young age. I still make her recipes to this day! How I miss her! I’m a grandma now and my family loves noodles and lemon pie! Keep up your amazing cooking along with the memories! God bless you!

Hi Talli Faye! I don't know if you know this trick for getting all the tomato paste out of the can but... If you open both ends, take one off ,leave one touching the tomato paste, then push down on the lid. It will push out the tomato paste with almost nothing left in the can. I can't wait to make this pizza! It looks wonderful! Thanks again for a great recipe!

I learned a great tip recently... The top to your parm container fits perfectly on a regular mouth Mason jar. Worked great since I ordered a lb of hard Parm and grated myself and it stays in my frig til I need it. Hard parm tastes so much better. with less ingredients.. No artificial stuff. I also agree Tomato paste is awesome. I limit my sodium so tomato paste makes it easier.

That looks really delicious. I have never thought to use store bought biscuits or cook it upside down. I don't think I have purchased store biscuits since the 1980's or 90s. I need to get out more. I believe your pizza was better than most restaurants. I don't eat out. I do need to make this.
@inthekitchenwithtallifaye47244 ай бұрын
It was good!.. And it would feed a family for sure! … I wish we could get them ole canned biscuits we used to get 10 for $2 !!.. they were handy to have on the fridge door!😊♥️

I expected that thing to come out and just slide on the floor. Yep. I was thinking it wouldn’t work. A pizza crust would have been good instead of the biscuits. Amazing. It’s like a Sicilian pizza. You really did it. Congratulations. ❤😅🎉

Biscuit crust tastes way better than pizza crust, to me. I've used biscuits for pizza crust since the 1960s. I didn't do upside down. ..that's new to me. Many ways to do pizzas.

You are bringing back my favorite Childhood recipes and I ❤ it bc as an adult I can make them 4 my own family. I remember this biscuit pizza 🍕 and all the flavors come together so well. Its delicious 😋 thank you 4 this delicious recipe and bringing back a childhood favorite of mine. My mom made the best & she would only make it monthly due to being on a budget..We didn't even mind the onions and mixed sweet peppers/a little bell pepper bc they were cooked and covered with mozzarella cheese and a thin layer of pizza 🍕 sauce...The cooked 1/2 ground beef (hamburger meat) 1/2 sausage mixture /bacon was perfect on the pizza. It was a deep skillet biscuit pizza🍕 and it was rememberable 4sure. 😊 Much ❤ and support for ur channel. I have acid reflux disease so i will have to definitely take my medicine early b4 dinner. 😆 Btw, I always buy the Hunts brand cans of tomatoes 🍅 with basil, garlic so delicious. I can't wait to give this recipe a try again 😋 I can taste it already and smell it..Let's eat! P.S. 😂😂 You did fabulous flipping that big whole biscuit pizza! I was holding my breath 😆 🤣 Love it!

You are the only other person that I've ever seen make pizza like that, besides my Mom. My family all loved it, but my husband and his family said it wasn't real pizza, so they didn't like it. I loved it being so thick with veggies and less about the cheese and crust. Yummy. I'm going to the store and buy me some HEB grand biscuits (the sign of a true Texan) and make me some.

Talli I have to say that I've never seen a pizza made that way and it was totally fascinating to me. Not only that I wasn't really worried about you getting it out of the pan because I knew you're going to flip it even though it was heavy but you figured out the solution. The only thing that I would have done differently is I wouldn't have used that much pizza seasoning as that's a little bit overseasoned for me but yeah the final result looked great and unlike my previous criticism on your fried peach pies you at least sampled it for us to see and we could tell by watching you that you absolutely found it delicious! Thank you for this wonderful fascinating pizza recipe!

I would make a small different version of this. If I had one cooked Italian sausage left, I'd put that in a small LeCreuset skillet (cast iron),olive oil, sliced fresh roma tomato, spice, mozzarella and Parmesan and the 'bread' would be a white cornbread(from scratch) for the topping, that would become the base. I'd bake it for as long as the cornbread recipe called for (I'd cut a cornbread recipe in half for 'pizza')
@Mylittlespace215 ай бұрын
