Great composure from Toro in his 2nd fight. Took a couple of hard shots but stayed focused and controlled most of the fight. Would love a rematch. Thanks to both fighters and to SB.

Rematch would be epic
@emanthechampАй бұрын
6:10 was epic as it was a real make or break moment. Toro clearly got rocked but just dug deep and gave zero f#$ks after that hit. Then he proceeded to turn the tide. Really did some risky things (hands lows quite a bit in close range) and could of had the ending Anthony Joshua had earlier in his last fight, but the pressure was too high for Malik to take advantage of those openings. Sometimes it just boils down to your battle spirit.

Red had a wide stance and longer reach by 3”. Malik was aggressor in 1st round but paid the price when Red connected with combo to face but Malik absorbed this combo, didn’t seem to faze him much. In 1st, Red received a combo from Marik that could level anyone else and Marik’s jab could be devastating but Red defended well with combos. Marik’s power in his jabs were on display in 1st and his past opponents can relate to the devastation of his jabs. I have only seen one other boxer, “King Khai” able to defend against and deliver punches against Marik like Red did with his combos. As I recall in 2 fights, King Khai and Malik won one fight each. In this fight, I thought 1st was a draw. In 2nd and 3rd, Red can be seen to be aggressor always moving forward. Impressed by Red’s cardio with sheer number of combos and uppercuts while literally bouncing back and forth on his feet. Malik was put on defense a lot more and didn’t connect in 2nd round-which I believe Red won. In this fight, Marik’s jabs seemed to lose some power he is known for starting in 2nd. Malik’s right can be game changer with his power/strength and “haymaker” punches but Red evades easily. It was Malik’s jabs which seemed to have more power while Red’s combos and uppercuts were strong and used to block and recover from these jabs. Malik’s left/jabs seem better positioned for utter power, while Red’s jabs were in preparation for combos/uppercuts that at least put Marik back on defense. Despite Red’s flurry of punches, 3rd goes to Malik with the huge right to Red’s face.

Toro definitely won all three rounds. Yes, he got rocked in the 3rd but recovered and landed so many more punches that he overcame that one shot. Toro is also the more skilled although both are nice boxers. The cardio on both men is amazing as most fights we see the fighters gas out, especially with that level of action. As always, great respect to both men for the heart it takes to step into any ring.

Great fight. Mr redshirt is well conditioned. He got noodle legged in the third but his brain said close the distance. Correct. The other stable has to slow the horse down in the first, alot of energy consumption. He won the first round but those power punches are better served in the latter rounds when things slow down just a notch. This was a very close fight between two tuff fighters.

You can see in the second round red shirt wasn’t fazed by the aggression shown in the first round, he didn’t respect his opponents power and therefore was able to throw in his most accurate combos in the whole fight. But damn no shirt can take those hits but just didn’t answer back as much. He’d be a good kick boxer tho probably

Ogun had it going in the first and maybe the part of the 2nd but never got the right flush. Toro kept the pressure up and won. Did Ogun tire? He had the hard jab going for a while but forgot about it later on. Yup, pro level fight in my estimation.
@fade2blak91Ай бұрын
He always gets tired midway through the 2nd because he’s trying to throw haymakers and knock someone out! He just exerts entirely too much energy focusing on a knock out. Prob bc he knows his stamina/wind is still a work in progress.

@thanesgames9685Ай бұрын
Toro was in charge of the action like 90% of the match. Buckled knees isn't a knockdown, especially when he goes straight back to dominating the match a half second after the hit. Both guys were strong, but Toro was clearly the better fighter today and won the match.
@glenbo02Ай бұрын
@@thanesgames9685 Toro was the most aggressive and landed his punches. Many of Ogun's punches hit Toro on shoulder or back. They'll make him sore the day after, but those don't stop someone. Regardless, they're both great fighters.

WTF, wop, wop is not the sound of a punch thrown hitting anything, I guess your refs were confused! A boxer can throw 60, or 70 punches, but here's the thing they have to land cleanly, hitting a glove covering the face or striking an arm is not a landed punch!! Toro was the only one to get rocked by a clean hit! did he throw more punches yes, but landed les than 15% cleanly, Malik landed more clean punches while having better defense and foot work!! a bad call can happen once in a blue moon, but you guy's make a habit of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
