I have multiple home grown coconut trees of my own and watching this vid is making me question my knowledge of coconuts. Either this man is hella strong with a sharp ahh knife or that coconut is just soft which is highly unlikely cus all my harvest of coconuts have been dry, hard, or just difficult to cut in general. Great skill, love it 😊

A pink coconut just means it's still in a very young stage and is still developing. The next stage would be a thicker white flesh but still has the green coconut skin. There are many stages to a coconut life.

The only difference between a pink coconut to a regular one is the sugar content and how quickly it starts to oxidize. Thier no extra health benefits consuming it compared to a normal coconut. Except the higher sugar content.
