The truth is Philadelphia is a Democrat run city and every major Democrat run city is basically like this where the politicians only care about power sand do absolutely nothing for minorities. You won't find this in Major Republican run cities. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and left in 1984 and I'm so glad I made the decision to move away... Of course it wasn't this bad when I left but I was able to see the writing on the wall of things to come!! Happily living more than 3,000 miles from Philadelphia!!!
