They so missed out an opportunity to have the heroes fight towards the stage THROUGH the dancefloor. Yes, it would be tricky to program, but I'm sure they could do it, and do it right. Here's how I'd like it: 0:00 - 4:06 - Rooftop section as normal. 4:06 - Jump down to a VIP section with a fully stocked bar and goons. 6:11 - Jump down to the dancefloor proper. Glowsticks everywhere, strobelights going crazy. The ravers give you space as security / crooked cops try to keep you from the stage. 7:40 - Finally reach the stage, doing battle with mind-controlled groupies and go-go-dancers, while dodging pelted bottles from the crowd. Ash is there too, IDK.

These mixes are brilliant, love them very much. With all due respect, some of the cuts, like at 6:10 are not perfectly in time and really throw out the feel. Editing precisely to the click is so important for maintaining groove! (this is coming from a drummer though - perhaps most people don't notice?)

Thanks for the critique, this was one of the earliest mixes I did so I'm not surprised I messed up with the timing. I think the ones I did last year were my best mixes, I did Call the Cops/Funky HQ, and redid Rising Up and Chow Time. I always felt I shoud have had another attempt at 25 Years Ago because even the transitions in this mix are rough.

Ripping isn't needed, the game's 430 audio .wem files are just sitting there in the game's data folder on the PC/Steam version.

Something weird about the solos with this artist. The bass progressions, most melodies and song structure is great, but the solos are a bit too scattered and sound off.

Great run. They must've changed things since you did that run though; the special attacks take away much more life bar and the combos seem a bit harder to string together. But I beat it; took my B rank and bid that challenge adieu! Shit was hard as hell lol
