The Ultimate WaterMelon OverLord it's real good, I bought it when it first came out a few weeks ago. It's a great "pick up and play a few runs" type of game on switch. The switch version seems to run great also. 20 bucks well spent

Vampire: Has a stealth-kill so almost never needs to fight, has heavily boosted fist attacks for when he does, but cannot eat food. Egg: Half of inventory filled with food he cannot use, the other half with melee weapons of which he'd need only 1 or 2. 10 or so cool utility item quest rewards left behind on the floor.

I finished a run as the Soldier today. I used some mutators, so I'm not sure how 'real' that victory is, but I finished his big quest, which felt dope.

Admittedly, I did turn off disasters, but my other mutators were Everyone Hates You and No Cowards, so everyone did their level best to kill me on sight.

Once I had a full kit of weapons, it was immensely fun. Soldier's "ammo on kills" feature meant that as long as I swapped between the pistol, shotgun, and machine gun more or less equally, I always had ammo, especially on the later floors when cops and mobsters started carrying guns. I had curated my traits for this run, too, so I had Big Bullets, Piercing Bullets, Bullet-Breaking Bullets, and Burning Bullets, as well as a silencer and accuracy mod on every gun. It was a blast, and I managed to unlock the Shopkeeper, the Investment Banker, and the Vampire all on that run.

NL! breaking a computer will unlock all doors and safes and disable all security in the building. all containers that are un-looted will glow. completing your big quest gives extra xp. breaking objects with weapons doesnt take durability, only hitting enemies. pressing R shows stats. yellow lasers are security and red are bombs.

This game is a certified banger, Really enjoying watching you play, even if you're not getting far yet. Watching you learn the game's all the entertainment I need, please keep it up! Only tip I can think to give you is stock up on food from fridges early for characters who are able to eat it, it's worth breaking down doors of uninhabited houses just to raid their fridge. Avoid using food early on if you can, as the level ups come fast and heal you up to full.

I highly recommend making your own character. VERY helpful. I liked Laptop + Tech smarts (for more hack options) then anti-social perk (forgot its name) that's actually a negative buff that causes no one to be able to join your party. But hey, we seem to have similar solo play styles, we don't hire help anyway so, free trait points. Then I threw the rest into stats. If I had 1 leftover stat point, I'd take a free item voucher (Cuz stat buffs cost 2 trait points). VEEERY handy. My stats were (If I remember correctly): Endurance: 2-3 Strength: 3 Speed: 3 Firearms: 2 - Of course that's just my loadout. I love the hacking in this game but, maybe you have a different playstyle. Maybe chloroform rag and big momba melee strength. Or maybe a firearms focused build. Anyway, main point: *Get a custom character.* Pre-built runs are still fun to have but, your own custom guy is lots of fun.

Brother, it would be a REALLY good idea to check the map sometimes, to see if there are goody dispensers, ammo, sell-o-matics etc, and again, of course, teleport. Play the tutorial. It's super easy, pretty funny, and takes like, literally a minute. You need to actually pay attention to your inventory too. Leaving behind hacking tools so you can carry a banana is rarely a winning strategy, my friend.

I have only won a few runs, so i'm far from being an expert, but there's some tips you should know (some of these might even be told during some loading screens, but eh) - Smashing computers completely turns off all hazards, unlocks all safes & doors, and shuts down all cameras. - Putting things in air ventilation is a really good way of clearing out a building for a short period of time no matter the status effect (Cigarettes are a good example) - On disaster floors (Modifiers) try not to rush so much, there are only a few disasters where you have to be quick (The Ooze being a big one) take your time and you can even use many disasters to your advantage - BIG STORY QUESTS are very good at getting that last little bump of EXP so you can heal between floors. Also completing every big quest on the run gives you a "special" advantage on the last floor ;) - Late game hits HARD, so unless you have a surplus of healing or weapons, try not to engage in too much open combat -Look at different NPC's eyes. IF they are the color red then they are probably a Shapeshifter! Killing the NPC will make the little guy pop out and proceed to hightail it out of there. Upon killing the Shapeshifter he will drop a considerable sum of money (70-100 GP usually) - You can pay cops to ignore all your crimes for the floor, which is really useful late game if you don't want the hassle of turning your game into a bullet hell. Can't think of any more off the top of my head but i'll keep you posted lol

His biggest problem this episode was letting his inventory get flooded with garbage while leaving good items behind, and not even LOOKING at what he had at any point. I'm SUPER excited to see how he plays when he actually gets good, but if these poor habits are allowed to continue it'll be a _really_ long time until that happens.

The vampire used to be one of the most OP characters in the game. They combined the doctor's chloroform single target shutdown with free health regeneration, but they got nerfed quite a bit at some point. Since you can't feed on someone when you are at max health anymore their ability gets a lot less exciting. Also apparently werewolves are a thing now, yikes.

Yes just skip all the items u end up obtaining because you are to lazy to manage inventory and throw away food to make space for an accuracy mod instead of eating it when ur low hp, that’s how I’d play too. Still fun to watch and love the series, keep it up egg

Glad you're enjoying the game! My one tip would be to use the money that you get. Theres a ton of weird items worth experimenting with. Like the clone machine gives you a follower that also acts as a +1 if i remember correctly
