STRELOK PRO: HOW I USE IT!

In this video, Cedric of Tofazfou's High Pressure Air Adventures explains how he successfully uses Strelok Pro Ballistics app. A lot of questions come up asking how to use it or, someone has an issue using it or, they just don't understand the app. As with all things, you have to use the app continuously to fully understand its features. Not every feature in the app can be covered in one video unless you like to watch 2-4-hour features.
To successfully use the app, you will have to have a source of finding your projectiles BC or Ballistic Coefficient. Like either published data on the projectile or a Lab Radar or a set of chronographs! You can also see other KZbin videos on finding your projectiles BC if necessary.

Haha, we have things in common. I'm somewhat of a caveman to who resist certain parts of technology. The spying aspects of it, the putting all your personal information on social media aspect. But I am a sucker for things that truly aide you. Strelok is 1 of those. So thank you for letting me know it made sense to you. Very valuable info to help me make better videos

That is a very helpful comment. For years I've been wanting to do more how to videos. But there was a time when KZbinrs couldn't watch more than 3-5minutes of video. And in that time only thing you can do on video is act a baffoon!🤣. And now I've stopped caring about that and will just put videos out as I see fit. Because multiple BC inputs are important when shooting pellets and slugs at longer distances, a video on BC and differences at different ranges would get a lot if important information out there for all kind of Strelok app users.

Yes sir it would. Have had video recorded for 3+ years now using my labradar. Just never posted video cause like ive mentioned before on another format. Back then, just seems like viewers couldn't sit still for more than 3-5 minutes of video. And all my work would have been in vane. Now, i don't care about trivial stuff like that so, A LAB RADAR VIDEO IT IS! At some point in the future though.....lol!

Great app review! As to the last of your comments based on scope and projectile uses on different gun's, I use Strelok Pro with my crossbow specs.

YEP! And you could use a NIGHTFORCE on that same crossbow and I guarantee ya, that arrow/bolt will hit them midots AT SOME DISTANCE....lol. Anything and everything flying through the air has BC......lol. Good stuff EBR-Fan

@@Tofazfou ha ha, that's funny that you should name that brand. I use them on my airguns too. Very light, clear and robust for sure, and a decent value for the money. My big Arken 4-16 is just about as clear at 500 as well, just heavy.

Hi sir Thanks for your explanation of strelok Pro This is my question What I do not understand is that when I have set I'm my rifle zero at 50 m and set my scope zero lock on scope . Now let's say I put in 100m then strelok says let's say D 21click . The problem I have is that my scope is now set at zero 50m and I can't go down 21clicks I can only go up because off my scope zero lock . Somehow this is here where I miss something . I hope you will understand what I'm saying and would appreciate for your help .

Do you know where we could still get strelok? I read an article saying that the department of defense banned strelok on the app store and Google Play because of the war in Ukraine. Really sucks for me because I had it installed before and uninstalled it, can't get it again.

Have they added NSA or other slugs to their database yet? The last time I set a PCP profile slugs weren't popular. They had the more popular JSP pellets in the database and the BC automatically populated whenever the pellet was chosen.

Each projectile is treated as new data (change cartridge). Strelok also includes a library of pellets at the bottom of the 'Change cartridge' page...

I’ve had the same issue on a few occasions. My workaround is to Google the name of the reticle and cross reference it to another manufacturer’s version. Remember, there is nothing new under the sun…there’s a few companies making most of the scopes for the whole world so that reticle exists in Strelok…you just have to hunt it down with a little bit of research. From what I understand, the department of defense banned strelok on the app store and Google Play because the developers are Russian...war in Ukraine and all that. I don't think you can get it at all. Really pisses me of because I uninstalled it to get a fresh install and I couldn't reinstall it

The demoncrat state dept shut down the Strelok Ballistic app which only effects Boris and US users, does not hurt the ruskies since their snipers use this app and applied ballistics, shooter, Hornady 4DOF and many others over the internet...
