Yeah I can only do 1 rep max 1/3 to half my body weight with Turkish get ups. The TGU Has plenty of similar traits you’re training but this exercise here I imagine is hard to replace it’s value since it is so accurate in how you’d get back on your feet with another body’s weight clung on to you in a grapple
