are these wenning warm-ups for naturals or is this too much volume?
@jasonbrowncoaching8 ай бұрын
The warm-ups in this training weren't too bad - I was expecting a lot more based on what others had said before so I'd say yes.

@@jasonbrowncoaching Isn't it too much wear and tear on the joints, ligaments and tendons if you do 300 repetitions in every warm-up, even if the intensity is very low
@sukhdeepbutty23998 ай бұрын
You've got to remember his warm ups are at an rpe of 3-4, and he rests 5 minutes before he moves onto his main lifts

Can you do a review on programs designed for the Mil/first responder community. A popular one is Tactical Athlete by Modern Athlete Strength on train heroic.
@WenningStrength8 ай бұрын
I have a tactical train heroic as well. Very awesome programming

Can you please review Kriger Training and Train FTW?

You definitely did the best review of Matts workout plan. Out of most of the programs out there as far as a template to make your own, what Matt has is above and beyond the easiest to adapt to.

I find powerlifters are great programmers!
@barkoczigabor84858 ай бұрын
@@jasonbrowncoaching Honestly what Matt has works for everyday people too. Personally i can work out 3 times a week. For me the layout is simple and inspired by both Matt and Phil Daru. Day 1 Wenning warmup speed pull/squat heavy squat/pull accessory work Day 2 wenning warmup speed ohp/bench heavy bench/ohp accessory work day 3 full body dynamic warmup low to high level plyo full body workout focusing mainly on bodyweight, trx and kettlebell work. For example a kettlebell complex like so for a time or sets or total reps. Deadlift Hang clean Swing clean Swing Half snatch Press

whats the point of not reviewing programs from guys that are not that famous or popular like Ted Cox!?
@jasonbrowncoaching8 ай бұрын
because it's tough to get people to watch these videos and as you could probably guess, creating these videos takes time and money. Are you going to watch a review from someone you've never heard of or someone that you have heard of?

@@jasonbrowncoaching I disagree politely because how are good young coaches and coaches supposed to get a chance? For some, this would certainly be a good chance to become better known
@jasonbrowncoaching8 ай бұрын
I agree totally and support coaches on other channels for free, but I am the one footing the bill for these videos (production of each video is just shy of $1k not including my own time), so I have to do what's in the best interest of my business.
@jasonbrowncoaching8 ай бұрын
Ps. how young coaches get a chance is by creating content - submitting articles with big sites is a great place to start to establish credibility and get their name out there.
