The best climbing mobility and strength content on KZbin hands down. As someone who is trying to build good habits around stretching and mobility it can be difficult to create a routine. It would be amazing if you supplemented these explanatory videos with a stand alone simplified video that shows a full mobility routine at a normal pace that viewers could follow along. That would make getting started much easier as I would just have to follow along rather than trying to formulate a balanced routine. You guys have so much knowledge about creating these plans and I want to use it. Dave MacLeod did something similar with a hangboard routine.

Would love to see more of this! Always appreciate folks preaching restraint and good form above violent intense motion. Also stop by the training center at Berkeley Ironworks the next time you're in the Bay ;)

hyped for another mobility video, a 30 minute follow along routine for tall climbers would be great (selfishly as a tall climber trying to improve mobility) ha, keep up the dope vids Ross!

I wasn‘t able to climb for a while and my heel and toe hooks got very very bad. I was looking for something like the band workouts, definitely fill give them a try!:) What i would definitely like would be a fool proof workout for getting into „basic climbing shape“ and maybe also prevent injuries in the process. All the ones i tried so far are either too long or don‘t really seem to do anything..

thats a great idea. I think everyone needs slightly different exercises but It'd be cool to try and make a basic plan that people can then modify

Always love the vids with Marco . Gives me some new exercises to keep things fresh and the stimulus from doing some different movements .

Went to a sport rehab place for my minorly torn rotator cuff a couple months ago, they had me do the first exercises for over head but just on the ground and all the way to the ground. A little less range of motion. Also didn’t have the Y and T positions. Really interesting.

Ross i think you should add videos about the coffee and all delicious foods and jam in your vlogs, dont forget ... food, coffee and climbing (the right order)

Do you do this as a warmup before climbing, or as a stand-alone session?

the full routine is more of a stand along workout but I'll incorporate all of these movements into my warm up
