This special episode of Strength Stories commemorates the beefiest, burliest, most brutish of all skyr mascots, the fiery Icelander Jón Páll Sigmarsson. Siggy was a four-time World's Strongest Man winner, a record-setting powerlifter, and a national champion bodybuilder whose versatile strength was equaled by his competitive spirit and dramatic flair. Do not dare to call him an eskimo (if you know, you know). No seals were harmed in the making of this video.
