Would still be super cool if yall would do a strength training video for Roundnet or more widely known as Spikeball! I think it would do a lot for the growth of the sport as people begin to train for efficiently for the sport because of how fast paced and reaction heavy the sport is. Serve receive is a crazy weakness by a lot of athletes because of how difficult it is to cover the area with such a small ball.

6:1 Wouldn't be a large hurler these days. 6:5 or 6:6 would be large and 6 foot fairly standard although yiu still get a few guys below 6 foot but they're becoming fewer.
