Hey love your videos, I completely agree that especially in fitness the abductors are often neglected. Coming from my background with strength training I had to transform my training style to suit my new found style for kickboxing. An exercise I frequently implemented are a variation on leg raises were you lie on your side with one leg forward and the top leg on a 90 degree angle, and then raise the top leg up as far as possible. Keep up the great vids💪
