9/9, amazing depth, no wide stances, no arch, cleanest conventional form there is and doesn't even make it look difficult, this is by far the cleanest and best lifting I've seen in a long time. Humble guy, definitely deserves to be on the top. I feel sorry for everyone in the open once he gets out of the junior class.

@@willr1820 Seems pretty good, he's done 170 kg at some sort of pyramid pressing (120,140,160 and 170 right after each other). He can probably log press arround 180-190 kg right now.

You can see a large difference between his 2nd and 3rd DL attempts too. The weight isn't that much different, but some people look more explosive and then fall off. Either way, most of these lifts just look easy for international stage competition.

Think 4 yourself Luke has way more in the tank on his squat and all of his bench press and deadlifts were completed flawlessly he went 9/9 and he weighs much less than the guy he was competing against. I say luke will probably be stronger in the long run, although Pavlo is incredibly strong as well

It's not resting, he's holding it there with his arms. He has to keep it paused there until he gets the signal to press it back up. It makes the lift harder, not easier.
