Sir, Shah Rukh Khan is also 60 years old, and just look at his physique-he's still playing lead hero roles alongside women in their 20s. I've seen examples on KZbin of people over 80 with full muscles. It's only a myth and a weak excuse to say that older people shouldn’t go to the gym. The key is to start small.
