In this video, Tim demonstrates how to use your eyes, head, and neck to strengthen your center and mobilize your spine. This is a great way to build strength and feel amazing at the same time.

I appreciate what you say regarding connecting the brain with the body by through all of the various body surfaces coming in contact with the floor and that giving input. So true.

How do you get that long neck? My SCMs are super tight and short and I want them to let go and lengthen. Will head nods and rotations do that or is it more involved? Thanks for your channel.

They do help very much. But it starts with nasal breathing and keeping your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Breathing is key.

I've watched many of your videos on rolling particularly searching for the basic foundations of rolling, as compared to rocking and crawling, rolling seems the most foreign of these movements in modern lifestyles. maybe I'm looking too much into finding the right way to roll but maybe I'm just wondering if there is a wrong way to roll as I don't believe that you've touched on this for the basic movements of your program.

There’s a chance you’ve seen this, but that means there’s a chance you havent seen this. It’s the rolling tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3bXnpWtbr2Xn6s Basically, you want to roll fluidly and segmentally, like a wave - eventually. It may not start that way. But really, the only wrong way to roll would be to not roll.

When l lie down on my back, it takes a few minutes before the back of my head touches the ground. I’m working on it though
