This. This work out is so flipping hard. Not because it was hard to do, I felt like my form was wrong. The only strengthening I somewhat felt is in my lower back. I tried again for two or so days for the first week then everyday the next week and almost popped my left shoulder trying to gain more flexibility. It's frustrating because I wanna get the best of the work out and be stronger and flexible, but feel my back muscles are too tight or too big to reach to 5th. Should I only focus on JUST flexibility in my back then? I'm get discouraged because I'm not sure what to do. I'm getting the most out of ALL of these videos from Ballet Beach Body..except this one...😢😢😢😢

Most importantly DON'T FORCE IT! It should feel difficult, but not hurt! Try just reaching one arm to 5th at a time. Also, try my posture video for increased shoulder flexibility: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4qrdKmAp7B9Z8k You should feel the strengthening in your lower back! Make sure to also engage your abs while doing this workout. Let me know if this helps!!

@Smokey Black Try to really engage your back to hold you up. It might take a while. Start by just holding yourself an inch from the ground and slowly add in another inch each week! Keep me posted on your progress :)

Take your time and do as much as you can to start....as you progress your back will get stronger and more flexible!
