Wow. You’re a tough crowd. I think Eric has been incredible in Greg’s absence. Obviously it’ll be great to get Greg back but I’ve loved these episodes this year and I’m definitely more into the strength stuff than the diet stuff usually. I’m very grateful for the effort that went into these episodes. I’ve also found Eric’s updates on the strike extremely entertaining and delivered in a deadpan manner.

Last time I cut calories to a point of hunger, I welcomed it and viewed it as getting closer to my goals. I was tracking all macros so not looking for it, but when it came, it was not seen as a negative. It did not take very long at all before it almost became a positive.

Not to spoil it for you or any of your followers, but I love to pair iced green tea with rum.

The great thing about short fasts is the hunger does not build up day to day. You can eat dinner, skip the next day and eat normally the day after and you just lost up to a pound of fat, then hunger goes right back to normal. And when you do get hungry it goes away after an hour or two anyway. When I dieted I would be constantly hungry every second.

I hope Greg isn't hurt or something. Maybe he took a long holiday with family. This is good info, but strength brings more of the strength content I'm interested in.

I have been informed a certain mode of transport completely skirts and bypasses the potential up coming carbon tax model that has been brought up. It's what is known as...let me check my notes here.....yes, it is known as a bicycle. Perhaps this bicycle will suffice instead of a private plane. Bring this up to the union.

Multiple times in this episode you discuss the benefits of slowing down your pace while eating and taking your time with the food; specifically putting emphasis on spending more time chewing in order to both slow your pace and also increase the total amount of enjoyment you get from the food. Are the benefits in regard to promoting satiety signaling worth the (likely) increased risk of Sprankton? Is there any literature on this?

47:53 is this a joke? If so I don’t get it. What are the traditional family values you’re protecting and why would protecting corporations be more important? I hope I’m just missing sarcasm or something.

Then I truly believe it’s time to stop the cut and go to a maintenance phase. I’ve been there and it’s unpleasant AF. Only after months of maintenance/slight surplus did my hunger calm down 😭 but now I’m ready to cut again 🙂

Talk talk talk, zero benefits i got. Because this dude is trying to explain the effect not the cause. The main cause people don’t stick to a diet or feel stressed or any other reason because they have no faith in god in the first place that supports them with a belief that life has meaning, so human will control his hunger feelings to achieve his / her goals. If you can’t understand what i am saying I recommend you learn islam and you going to laugh when you hear these people do this and do that to achieve your goals 😂 but you end up giving up on everything because what is the point of losing weight if i am here just to look good and impress people I don’t care about them and they don’t care too. In another word trying to fix the problem that came from a deep cause that happened in you in the first place, like taking a drug for disease, it does help you to get better but what caused this disease in the first place ? This should be the question
