What's going on John... I use to do PPL for many years and I made some great gains.. But I did it a little differently... I did the PPLPA So I would do Push, Pull, Legs, Push (shoulders), Arms... But I will put together a killer 3 day split... I just learned it's cramming alot in 3 days and can be taxing but I gotcha John

I always say... the more your spare and take shots... the stronger your jaw and CNS will be able to take punches... So get in there and spare around... But at the end of the day... even the best fighters/boxers with the strongest jaws... if they get hit right on the button just right... 9/10 it's going to knock them out

Hey Erick... I recently quit taking pre workout because I had a very bad experience with one... So I only take aminos during my workouts that has a small amount of caffeine in them... I eat clean Monday-Friday and then eat a little more freely on the weekends but still keep it fairly clean

I love starting the week off with back simply because of the size of the back and then it makes it easier for the rest of the week. My back always suffered when I use to do Chest, Back, Legs... My leg day would always fire back up my lower back from my back session the day before and I just got away from that.
