Thank you. I am not one of your students, however, I follow along as much as I have time . I really appreciate your series, all your videos, expertes and especially this explanation. From this lecture , I actually think I understand exactly how all this fits together for the first time and so importantly how all the interventions can really help to be able to get some command over the solution. My sponsor says ( among other things, lol ), " Be in the solution. You have brought so much clarity to the table in this lecture. This one lecture seemed to tie it all together for me . I am very grateful.

@@DocSnipes back in 2020 I was involved in an accident on a 4 wheeler and had 3 major surgeries in 6 months. For so long I just didn't feel like myself. This change in personality ended up costing me my marriage. I had no way to explain what caused the change other than i just hurt all the time.

@@DocSnipes First for physical I would promote creating healthy habits and improve nutrition. I like the cognitive approach, so being aware of our biases on the way of thinking and moving toward a more positive thinking is essential. Finally relationships and self-esteem which are strictly related, I would encourage anyone to be more connected to people and ideally helping others which increases self-esteem while relating to others, so it is 2 for 1. 😀

I like to absorb some mild clinical techniques to help my peers and patients! So that means identifying potential triggers/stressors, identify physiological stressors that may reduce the threshold to distress intolerance, emphasize the good things through the day (positive reinforcement)... etc. Mental health is everyone's job. You should visit us somehow, as the VA is very heavy in mental health (I'm in the boro)

I'm 21 years old, I'm Moses andI have ed and suplements dont work for me. Maca root is a suplement that used to work well for me to increase my nitric oxide. Now i tried and it doesn't work for me. I remember that I tried it a year before I had diabetes and it worked very well. Could you explain to me what to do? I feel the same with other supplements as my stomach doesn't absorb them well. Could you explain the leaky gut? because I believe that this is it. Thank you .

I have PCOS. Thanks for explaining this. I take it your understanding is that PCOS comes from exposure to prolonged stress? If so, this makes sense because I was diagnosed with it after a stressful life event that happened in 2017. Diagnosed in 2020. What do you recommend to heal?
