The drum is way to big for its housing ofc it'll fail Samsung uses even bigger drums for both 8 9 kg with the same outer dimensions That's also why it handled the carpets very well as I could balance much easier with a larger drum

This is no normal treatment for any washing machine. If you do abnormal things with it you will brake it. You do not operate this machines with an open door. Neither do you put a bottel with water in it. The reason is that when you put laundry in it the weight are evenly placed throughout the drum. Most machines jump around when the weight is not evenly spread in the bowl. I have the Mercedes of washing machines and they do the same thing. This in my eyes are a bad demonstration that make no practical sense to me and other woman who used washing machines everyday. Shame on you
