As I can see, the way or the methods/steps that we use to perform stress and load testing are same. What is the difference between the two in terms of performing both the tests?

In load test also we gave the same parameters right, i mean for tge no of threads? Then whats the difference. For stress test it should be very high right? Please clarify

Tell me please why do you use Response code CONTAINS 200, why don't you use EQUALS 200? What is main difference in those cases?
