Stressed out?!! Check out this STRESS RELIEF SQUEEZE BALL CAKE!! | How to Cake It with Yolanda Gampp

You guys asked for this!!! This week, I TRY to de-stress by caking my anti-stress squeeze ball toy, that of course looks like a cake. BUT, my cake making nemesis - humidity- makes what should've been a fun and therapeutic process stressful (at times).
Still, despite the humidity-caused challenges, and way too much math, I truly enjoyed making this cake, (and its poofy top ) which I believe resulted in one of the most satisfying slices of cake ever! Don't believe me? Watch to the end and check out the massive multi-layered chocolate slice with the prettiest pink Italian meringue buttercream peeking out.

Yolanda, if you're ever trying to divide a circle evenly but the diameter is not divisible by what you need, you can always cut a template of a slightly smaller circle with a diameter that is divisible and place it on the top with a pin. Then just use the ruler or flexible measuring tape to extend the lines. If that makes sense.

One of my favourites, love this! Also, can you get The Sugar Paste fondant in Canada? It’s the best fondant ever, never ever rips or elephant skin. Before I found it, I always had to use your trick of making the paste. I hope you can get it and would love to see what you think too 😊
