Hey deine videos sind sehr inspirierend und interessant. Studiere selbst Zahnmedizin bin aber noch recht am Anfang. Müsst ihr bei euch mit Lupenbrille arbeiten oder hast du dir das selbst ausgesucht, von wo hast du deine und würdest du die weiter empfehlen. Kannst du mal ein Video über deinem Physikum drehen und mal über deine Erfahrungen und Vorbereitungen reden? It’s very interesting to see your journey and just your day to day life! yes it was a lot of mental stress and a lot of pressure! On top of that I am a perfectionist and I hate handing in projects that are not up to even my own personal standard! But nevertheless it’s a lovely field and I am glad that I am in dental school 😊💕

@@annaneubert I get you.. being a perfectionist just adds even more stress to it. I am the same in my eyes everything needs to be perfect which is impossible in reality. If it’s not I instantly dismiss it and feel like I failed something. It’s helpful to remember that other people don’t see those small mistakes or imperfections we see! I hope you come to appreciate all of your achievements it is hard when you’re a perfectionist but I hope you get there ❤️

Today I'm going to get mi braces mate, as an adult. There gonna place only the upper one cause I have a bit of an overbite. Three months later they'll do the lower one. Dude, when the whole thing is over after 2 years, there gonna place a metal line one the bottom front teeth that will stay on permanently. Why the hell is that. You think I choose mi own colour fot that?

The metal line on the bottom which will stay permanently is called a retainer and most people who wore braces get one! It’s actually advised to get one, so it‘s pretty standard. It prevents your teeth from shifting again, especially because your tongue can work a lot of pressure on your lower incisors. Getting one installed means you have a good orthodontist who doesn’t plan on seeing you again once your treatment is over! 👍🏼

Oh das ist schwer direkt was zu sagen - man muss erstmal den Grund wissen. Zu viel Hygiene, zu wenig Mundhygiene, vielleicht eine familiäre Tendenz zu Parodontitis? Wenn es durch zu starkes bzw. hartes Putzen kommt, auf jeden Fall die Zahnbürste wechseln. Elektrische Zahnbürsten sind meist besser. Und immer das Zahnfleisch mit Bürsten! Nur eben nicht zu hart. Das ist jetzt erstmal alles was ich so aus der Ferne ohne Input sagen kann ✨
