i like this mindful approach, and breaking the movements down to their components,then reconstructing them. although im a dancer on a hobby/body conditioning level i still find these videos useful.

hi, my teacher would let us stretch for ore than 5 minutes. I mean like stay in one position for more than 5 minutes upto 7 minutes I think. Like for example the sit and reach position Is that okay or no?
