Since I often post various pies that I prepare on social networks, I recorded the stretching of the pie crust at your request. We love when pies are fine, thin, crunchy, so you’ll be able to see how I make them in the video. You can make pies sweet or salty. Once you wrap the pie and don’t want to bake it right away, you can cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge or freezer. Before baking, coat the pie with oil, which you will do after baking.

600 g of smooth flour
360 ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
tablecloth sprinkling flour
STUFFING: (you can if desired)

1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
