Not sure that O'Malley can maintain his slick movement for 5 rounds. He won't KO Chito's HOF chin, he hasn't gone 5 rounds & nobody can maintain great footwork, wrestling, etc for 5 straight rounds. They're good for 3 & it's up to them how they apportion it. Suga could school Chito for 3 rounds then when he slows down he gets battered, plus Chito will invest in leg/calf kicks to slow him down, even as he's getting schooled & can't find Suga with his hands in the earlier rounds.

Crazy revisionism happening here. 1) Volk was only able to keep up with Islams strength in the clinch in the 1st fight because of the unusual rehydration in Perth where Islam had way less time to rehydrate than he would usually have 2) In the 2nd fight without the unusual reduced rehydration time Volk was bullied in the clinch, couldn't get out of the clinch as easily and was even shook for a moment Yes Volk is strong but Topuria is also strong as hell going to be interesting to see who will have the strength advantage

I think Dricus is too physical and powerful, which lends itself to the whole "complete MMA" fighter. Sean was made to show up the fakes. And he did. But Dricus is this confident, healthy big boy, who doesn't mind being knocked about, with a brain, with brawn and lots of aggression. Unless Sean just times a brilliant combo in the perfect spot... I think Dricus will make it bloody and mean. But it will be fantastic if that mythical creature, Sean Strickland, the grappler, makes an appearance. Well, he may not have a choice. I really feel that DDP v Sean is gonna be one of the closest decisions ever and potentially a draw. Both of them are so able to impose their will so well moving forward. They're gonna meet in the middle and make a fantastic war. Volk is gonna beat Topuria by tko in the 4th I personally believe volk to be far more dynamic and able to adapt. Even post knockout I trust Volk to be able to get in there and break down Topuria. That being said if topuria doesn't crack volk at least once I'll be genuinely surprised. I believe Suga takes notes from Corey and uses his footwork distance and leg kicks to confuse chito and out strike him for 1 and 2 then Chito will try and pick up the pace in the third on a bum leg and get slept by a feinted jab into a cross.

It's because people are injured and recovering and O'malley wanted to be active. O'malley was asking for a sooner fight but dana went with the date they did. Besides that, I'd love to see O'malley vs Cory. It's one of my top fights i hope to see.
